Terms of Service

By accessing or using RexUnda (including any subdomain thereof, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and RexUnda ("we," "us," "our," or "RexUnda"). We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

RexUnda is a financial signal intelligence platform. It aggregates and processes data from publicly available underground and alternative news sources, uses AI to identify and score company and ticker mentions, and presents the resulting signals through its web interface.

RexUnda offers subscription tiers (Free, Trigger Alert, and Alpha Access). Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis via Stripe. Subscription management, cancellation, and billing inquiries are handled through the Stripe customer portal accessible via the Platform.

RexUnda provides data and information only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, a solicitation to buy or sell any security, or a guarantee of future market performance.

The signals and information displayed by RexUnda are outputs of algorithmic processing and AI analysis — they are probabilistic indicators, not authoritative investment counsel. You are solely responsible for evaluating any information before making investment decisions. Nothing RexUnda publishes should be construed as a tip, recommendation, or solicitation to trade any security.

RexUnda does not owe you any fiduciary duty of care. Using RexUnda does not create an advisory relationship between you and RexUnda, its operators, or any agent or affiliate of RexUnda. We have no duty to advise you on, or to consider your individual financial circumstances when generating, the signals we display.

RexUnda is not registered as an investment adviser under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 or any applicable state securities laws, and nothing on the Platform should be interpreted as registration or a representation that such registration has occurred.

Signals displayed on the Platform are probabilistic outputs generated by AI processing of third-party data sources. They reflect conditions at the time of processing and may be incorrect, outdated, or incomplete. RexUnda does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any purpose of any signal or data shown on the Platform.

The Platform may experience downtime, latency, or errors. RexUnda does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform or its signal feed. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no prorated refunds are provided for partial periods. All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

RexUnda reserves the right to modify subscription pricing. Price changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RexUnda's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform — including indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — is limited to the subscription fees you paid RexUnda in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if RexUnda has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RexUnda, its operators, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your trading decisions made in reliance on any information provided by the Platform.

This indemnification obligation survives the termination of your account and these Terms.

The Platform aggregates data from third-party sources including RSS feeds, publicly accessible websites, and other publicly available information. RexUnda does not own, control, or vouch for the accuracy of any third-party source. RexUnda is not responsible for the content, accuracy, completeness, or availability of any data sourced from third parties.

RexUnda may link to or reference third-party websites, products, or services. Such references do not constitute endorsement or affiliation. You access third-party content at your own risk.

RexUnda reserves the right to modify the signals and data displayed on the Platform, change the signal scoring methodology, add or remove data sources, adjust subscription pricing, and alter the features available under each subscription tier, at any time and without prior notice.

Where a change materially reduces the functionality available under your current subscription tier, we will provide reasonable notice via the email associated with your account or a notice within the Platform.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
